Jad and Bonnie Weimer started this company in 2013 doing janitorial work, and they still run every job themselves.
That is the whole reason our commercial clients stay. When you call, you reach an owner. When we quote a building, we have walked it. When something is not right, one phone call fixes it, with no account manager in between.
Today we handle far more than nightly janitorial. We strip and refinish hard floors, restore gymnasium hardwood, clean interior and exterior glass with water-fed pole systems, pressure wash and softwash exteriors, and clear gutters before they turn into a water damage claim. One vendor, one invoice, one point of contact.
